Texas Holdem Starting Hands
The core of my winning strategy is my Starting
Hand Table. This details where and when I will play particular
starting hands. If a hand is not in the table then I will
never play it, ever (unless I am getting a freeroll
from the Big Blind).

Terminology
AKs = Ace and King suited i.e. Ace and King of Hearts
Axs = Ace and any card of the same suit i.e. Ace and Three
of Spades
AKu = Ace and King unsuited i.e. Ace of Diamonds and King
of Hearts
QJs-Q8s = QJs, QTs, Q9s, Q8s
