Texas Holdem Starting Hands

The core of my winning strategy is my Starting Hand Table. This details where and when I will play particular starting hands. If a hand is not in the table then I will never play it, ever (unless I am getting a freeroll from the Big Blind).

Level 1 (Premium Hands) Play from any position
Pairs AA, KK, QQ, JJ, TT
Suited AKs, AQs, AJs, KQs
Unsuited AKu, AQu

Level 2 Play from Middle & Late position
Pairs Play any
Suited Axs, Kxs, QJs, QTs, JTs, T9s, 98s, 87s
Unsuited AKu-ATu, KQu, KJu, QJu, JTu

Level 3 Play from Late position
Pairs Play any
Suited Axs, Kxs, QJs-Q8s, JTs, J9s, T9s, T8s, 98s, 97s, 87s, 86s, 76s, 65s, 54s
Unsuited AKu-ATu, KQu-KTu, QJu, QTu, JTu,J9u, T9u, T8u, 98u, 97u, 87u, 86u, 76u, 75u, 56u, 54u

Terminology
AKs = Ace and King suited i.e. Ace and King of Hearts
Axs = Ace and any card of the same suit i.e. Ace and Three of Spades
AKu = Ace and King unsuited i.e. Ace of Diamonds and King of Hearts
QJs-Q8s = QJs, QTs, Q9s, Q8s
