Winning Texas Holdem Strategy

Poker is a people game. The basis of this strategy is that you capitalize on the mistakes other players make, these generally are:

• Poor starting hands
• Calling bets instead of folding
• Bluffing (too much)
• Slowplaying (too much)
• Not reading the board correctly
• Chasing long shots
• trying to outdraw you

This strategy is based on not doing any of the above. If you were to stop or never do any of these then you are already a winning poker player.
